Los Quemados A.R.4 Sector Plan
Chipiona (Cádiz)
Project details
A low-rise residential layout in Chipiona structured by a perimeter park and sports facilities.
The A.R.4 Los Quemados sector plan combines low-rise residential blocks with a perimeter park that follows the topography and mediates between the town and agricultural landscape.
Athletics and sports facilities, education and commercial uses, and a hierarchical street network connect the area to Chipiona’s existing urban fabric.
