Proyecto de Actuación (extraordinary use on rural land under Andalusia's LISTA law) drafted with Julio Pérez Revilla for a one-star rural campsite on a plot in Vejer de la Frontera, in line with Decree 26/2018 on Andalusian campsites.
The layout follows the terrain: 30 terraced 40 m² pitches and six two-bedroom bungalows on the highest ground, so every unit faces the horizon. Total capacity is 136 guests, occupying only 10% of the plot and leaving most of it free of buildings.
Shared facilities — reception and shop-bar, multipurpose room, washrooms, laundry, pool, temazcal and parking — are grouped in low, light buildings. The documents justify social interest, compatibility with La Janda regional plan, Vejer's planning rules, the drove road, water-course protection zones and Natura 2000, and the reversibility of the scheme.
