Project details
A planning proposal after the railway’s burial in Puerto Real: a green corridor with facilities and services reconnecting the town.
An ideas competition for the former railway corridor. The proposal establishes pedestrian and vehicle connections across the released land, linking transport, open space and facilities between northern development areas and the historic centre.
Services and civic activity concentrate around a communications hub, supported by open space and wider-area facilities. The design evokes the historic port that shaped Puerto Real’s growth.
